Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours before arrival will not be eligible for a refund. In the event of a no-show, no refund will be provided. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 10–14 business days to the original payment method. If Clover Villa Hotels must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive a full refund or alternative accommodation options.
